Horticulturist. We seek a positive, eager, self-motivated person with a passion for the business. Prior work experience in the green industry is preferred. Must be available to work a flexible schedule. Offers a benefit package, and salary commenserate with experience. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Applicants should have or be:
•  extensive plant knowledge
•  strong customer service skills
•  a team player with good communication skills
a BIG plus if you have:
•  merchandising and display experience
•  computer proficiency
•  public speaking ability
•  retail sales experience

Landscape Architect and/or Designer. We are currently seeking an experienced Landscape Architect and/or Designer for sales to high-end residential clients. Must be self-motivated, creative and possess highly developed people and sales skills. A full range of design skills is required. This position offers an outstanding salary and benefits compensation package.
Applicants should have or be:
•  1-3 years of landscape design experience
•  drafting skills
•  knowledge of local plants
•  energetic, detail-oriented and organized
•  technical knowledge of landscape site planning and construction
a BIG plus if you have:
•  landscape installation experience
•  computer proficiency
•  irrigation system design and installation experience
•  a Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscaping and Environmental Design
 


Nursery and Warehouse Work

Landscape Field Supervisor. This position reports directly to the corporate vice president in charge of all of our landscaping installation projects. This is a career growth opportunity! This senior manager will be responsible for supervising the installation of multiple projects. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, supervising foremen and their crews, homeowner relations, and providing liaison between installers and designers, and troubleshooting. This position offers an outstanding salary and benefits compensation package.
Applicants should have or be:
•  horticultural knowledge and planting experience
•  detail-oriented and good organizational skills
•  a leader with good communication skills
•  an effective manager within a team-work environment
•  a passion for landscaping and the great outdoors
a BIG plus, if you have:
•  landscape architecture or design skill
•  irrigation experience
•  a horticultural degree or certification
•  hardscaping construction experience
•  outdoor lighting installation experience
•  ability to speak some Spanish
 

Landscape Foreman. This person reports directly to the Field Supervisor and is primarily responsible for supervising an installation crew. This position offers an outstanding salary and benefits compensation package.
The right candidate should have:
  experience in all phases of landscaping – install/build hardscapes, water features and planting
•  a valid Georgia driver's license and good driving record
  effective supervising skills and experience
•  the ability to meet and exceed deadlines
  a track record of upholding quality of work and superior craftsmanship.
a BIG plus, if you have:
  ability to speak some Spanish
•  irrigation systems experience
